    The lamp is apparently old but I'm not sure how old. It is made of porcelain and hand painted. It is using a leviton lamp switch. I am trying to identify who made this lamp or at least a time period.

      Not possible to identify a maker with only a generic mark of "Germany". The lamp dates to around mid-century.
