Amazingly beautiful Singer Sewing Machile advertising Post Card .
Featuring a lovely lithograph of Australian birds incuding a cental Lyre Bird .I love to hear the sounds of these birds.
Titled Familiar Australian Singers it is "with Compliments of the Singer Sewing Machine Co. .
Examples of this card are in Australian National collections . It is an Icon .

I Have a family of Magies in my yard and the odd kooka and even on a yucky day like to day can hear a bird or two...
Across in the park live Bruce and Magda. Wayne will soon appear. I love the way they sing to the wind!
I had a mum & dad Maggie that would to walk through the house looking for me if I wasn’t there to feed them, I would sit on a chair on the veranda and mum would sit on my knee and take food to her baby that sat near be waiting for it till she too! plucked up the courage to come and take it from me….love the Maggie’s!...lovely card Marty!....:-)

I LOVE this little card! i've seen all of the birds on it in a single park - Lamington! some of my best memories of my youth in Australia are from that wonderful place!
