I am not familiar with the book, but it looks to be a unit history of the 18th Infantry at Cantigny in WW1. Can't tell if it is platoon specific history or the entire Regiment without reading.

The author was a platoon leader in Echo Company.

The 18th Infantry was part of the 1st Division (Big Red One) during WW1.

The First Division has a strong collector following, making this history desirable.
