You get the best idea of the colour and iridescence from the last picture.
What I think might be part of a smoking set: it has a wonderfully ornate pressed rim in brass, with a repeating lily pattern.
I don't know a maker and suspect that this plain glass might be very difficult/ generic.
It is 8.8cm high x 8.5cm in diameter.
It does not light up in uv.
