These were purchased at road side art sales years apart. The one of the couple is not signed but I assume they are the same artist.

Looks more like a style copy, then the same artist. The couple is more cartoonish.
I do like both of the paintings though! :^) Nice buys KatyRed!

Thanks, The ladies are signed, I guess we just assumed the couple was the same artist because of the style.

The 2 paintings kind of tell a story between them, but in 2 time periods.(clothing style) Someone may know the answer to the artist question, mine is just an observation.

After checking some of the artist's other paintings, and the information that is found at each posting, it seems to become more of a mystery, than an answer! :^)
You still have 2 nice paintings! ! !

Yeah the giving of the heart seems to be the theme of these two. I saw another one on here of similar style and they are exchanging a flower. I'm curious if they are other pieces with these themes. If only someone could identify this mystery artist, my paintings were purchased in Florida.

      Hey Bill,
Someone on this site kinda solved the mystery, they told me the paintings are reproductions of Oleg Zehvetin paintings. The person told me their parents own the original of the three ladies. I enjoyed looking through his work on Google images and am feeling like I may need to trade up to an original. :)
