    Saw this really nice painting of a street scene. Can anyone make out the name of the artist? It looks like it says Lee....... something or other. I think it is done in oil but I am not sure.

      It would be a street in Montmartre near Sacre Coeur .... and might be something beginning with 'La' or maybe Lahoud ???

      I reckon it is facing 3 Place du Tertre , Paris and the restaurant with the blue awning is called Au Clairon des Chasseurs.

      I think you're right vetraio, looks like Sacre Coeur. Artist's name could be Lafayette, perhaps.
