I went to the flea market yesterday looking for ashtrays. There were plenty to be had, but most were priced from the sellers dreams. So here are the ones that were priced in my dreams...lol
My favorite being the second picture, a pair of ashtrays from my home town. This building is now the "Wells Fargo" building. A helicopter was used to change the words on top. However, this building had a few different names between the original "Independent Life" and "Wells Fargo" that it is today.
    Thanks for looking!
And if you know who made any of these I'm interested?
I think the large amber (5lbs.) is Blenko, but I'm not sure.

Nice finds. I don't think it's a Blenko, never seen another one like that, but I like it. How many do you have now? My collection has grown to around 800.

Wow, I love seeing so many others who appreciate ashtrays!
And Nicefice, I was shocked to see the ones from my hometown, and very happy:)))

Dammitchris I'm so happy you have so many! My husband thinks I have plenty at less than 150, maybe a few more.
I'll have to go snoop your posts and check out some of yours.
      Thanks for looking!

Nutsabotas6, no the large one is glass. Five pounds of glass to be exact...lol
And I'm envious of you'res in the box! Makes me think of all the ones given to me by liquor salesmen when my mom owned a bar when I was a child and they'd give me their trunk key to go take what I wanted....which got me out of his hair to sale my mom liquor...lol. Sure wish I had all that stuff from the early seventies. But I remember a Smirnoff ashtray just like these Independent Life ones, but square.
      Thanks for looking and loving!

And thanks for all the love everyone!
And DammitChris, I forgot to mention that I was guessing Blenko because they made some very similar ones, but they had actual designs in them.

I've got my eye on the little apple. It looks like one Sasaki made but I can't be sure. Great haul here!

      Thanks Racer4four!
You know I'm here to pick the brains of you peeps that know stuff, so could you explain what Sasaki is? Thank you!
Thanks for your kind comment as well!

Oh wait Racer4four, I looked it up on eBay and see it is or was a glass making company. Thanks!
