    I'm thinking Japanese Edo or Meiji, but could be Qing. it's either a small plate or small bowl - not sure. what do you think? the plate is 4.5" across.

      actually i dont know what it is , i thought this garlands were something like 1850, but i am guessing i think i saw these garlands somewhere
