Famille Jaune Baluster Table Lamp

Just picked up this gorgeous Chinese Famille Jaune table lamp. Although I just replaced the lamp cluster, the old one was very similar to the one pictured. Electrical chord is original. Measurements: 33" tall and 9" diameter at lamp's thickest point (not the shade). That's about all that I know about it. I believe that this piece dates somewhere around 1890-1910 but can't say for sure. Could this be an earlier vase that was converted to a lamp? Any idea of region of manufacture? Manufacturer?
