By vintage it means I am not quite sure how old it iss. It has Phillips heads screws so that means 1930s or later.
As I have many vintage and antique irons this ironing board seemed to be something I had to have and here it is.
As it is a folding board it does not take up much room and is a good way to display vintage irons when unfolding. Plus can also be used for ironing which I never do which is a bit ironic.
That's neat! I've came across two of these lately, but hadn't seen any for many years!!
wow...how did they prevent it from not catchin fire in the past?
Thank you very much Scott. I saw a few at another antique mall but they were too expensive.
Thank you very much fleafinder. I think it had a cover.
And thank you very much Thomas.

Nice Fort, but whomp whomp, I was going to ask if you would iron a few things for me. I know!! you love your irons and I see them at some of my stops but I just don't know enough about them. But you make me look!! ;)
Thank you very much OneGoodFind. I would be happy to experiment on your clothes with these antique irons. I'll start with the charcoal iron.
