Miniature Peloton glass vase with pink threads - Harrach?

This is one of the smallest examples of Peloton glass in my collection. Made from clear glass, it is covered with very thin Peloton threads in bright pink. The threads sit "proud" on the surface, so this piece has a wiry texture. It measures 8 cm tall, 4 cm across the polished top rim & 4.5 cm across the base.
I realise there is quite a lot of debate about Peloton glass, it seems as though it was made by numerous manufacturers as there are so many variations on it. Could this one possibly be by Harrach?
