He was very prolific. Paintings of Venice are easily recognized, but not every place was identified and therefore described as e.g. Idyllische Stadt (Idyllic town) , Fantastische Landshaft (Fantastic landscape) or simply Landschaft (Landscape).
I could not identify the town in this painting, either. Most likely a town on The Danube river.

Beautiful foggy landskapet. Old scenery, look at the boats there. He painted also motif from London as i have seen.
