Pic#2 is the reverse side. Pic #3 is a watermark on paper.
Horse Watercolor signed twice Rattigan 81. Didn't realize it was signed twice til this morning....removed it from the plastic it was wrapped in to investigate and discovered 2nd signature and image on the reverse...maybe the artist color pallette. Local GW find.at
Who is this Rattigan...found a Paul Rattigan and a John Rattigan just don't know which Rattigan or if either one is the correct artist.

Google image search Rattigan and look at signatures.
Celiene that has been done multiple times with some matching on this signature. Still not sure on exact artist (first name) but sent an email out hoping to narrow my search.

Went back to the same GW and found an Owl Watercolor signed with same name but year 78'. I went in search for a couple of frames and found a second ;)
