I cannot remember the brand/model of this 35mm viewfinder camera and have not found a similar image match online. I thought it might be a Yashica, but none seem to match. This photo was taken in 1971, so the camera was purchased probably around 1969 or 1970.

My guess is, Ansel doesn't have the camera and wants to know what type it was-- to get another?

Based on the overall design and shutter placement on the front of the body (the rectangular button under the forefinger), the camera is more than likely a Petri Racer.

Rniederman. I had lost track of this post, so sorry for the delay. Thank you very much. You nailed it. I now recall that name. But how / where I picked up this camera ... I wish I could recall.
