RHM - Sewing Machine

I'm with the Rural Heritage Museum, Boonsbro, MD in central Maryland, USA. We just obtained a very old sewing machine. So much fabric has going through this machine that we can't read the name on the circular platform.. I have posted photos on Flickr under the name Doug Valentine RHM - Sewing Machine (hope you can open them). We want to establish the manufacturer and when it may have be produced. About the only thing I can read on the plate is that the name starts with F I and ends in a E. Not sure if it is one or two worded name. Patented dates: 9/10/1846; 11/12/50; 8/12/51; 5/30/52; 10/19/54; 11/4/56 with additional dates of: 1/22/1861 & 7/18/1863. There is a number "19952" and a "K" at the bottom of the circle. Can anyone help us identify the manufacturer and the date of production? Would appreciate any and all assistance. Doug Valentine
