Judging by the construction details and poor over-all finishing quality this knife was almost undoubtedly made in Pakistan. The "permanent" marking of country-of-origin, required by the US government for all imported knives, is usually a thin electro-etch of the word "Pakistan" on the back of the main blade. It is easily worn - or deliberately polished - off.
can anyone tell what type of blade fhe serrated one with bottle opener
It looks like it is trying to be a Fishing Knife. The serrated blade would be for scaling the fish, and forked end for hook removal, but it's too short, and cut wrong!
Here's what they were trying to make! :

yea i seen those case knifes bill, this one i hsve looks pretty old just i could find some kind of markings on it
It seems that this product is attempting to be a Fishing Knife. With a serrated blade for scaling fish and a forked end for hook removal, it has the right idea. However, it falls short in terms of length and cutting capability. If you're looking for high-quality waders, be sure to check out https://waterproofitexpert.com/ .
