Hello CW friends and fellow collectors!
Today, we have another of my Boston Terrier doorstops. This one is the only "Left Facing" Boston Terrier doorstop that I own. Based on the size of this one, and that he's assembled with a single screw, I believe that this one was manufactured by Hubley, but not exactly sure as to when he was made. Very early 1900's is probably when this guy was made.
What makes this one special is that only 10% of all Boston Terrier doorstops ever cast were "Left Facing". So, the majority of what you'll see available today are all "Right Facing". This one measures 9 3/4" tall and 9 3/8" long. He weighs 5.9 lbs.
Thanks for stopping in for a look!!!

Wandlessfairy,
Thanks very much!! I actually have most of my doorstops displayed on shelves in my house.
I never would have even taken much note of a doorstop being cast with a left or right pose Scotty Great piece of info!!! Your Bull Terrier is awesome:)
Roddy,
Thanks very much!! Most folks wouldn't have taken a second look, but to collectors of doorstops, the left facing Boston Bull Terrier is sort of a holy grail of doorstops.
Scott, you mentioned not seeing Annie watches before.... Here's a link to the "OLD" ones:

Wow Scott, I never realized there was so much involved in collecting doorstops, the differences from piece to piece and how these differences affect the value. Thanks so much for the information... I'm always learning something new from you! LOL
Thanks Rick!!
I have quite a few doorstops and I too have learned quite a bit about them over the years. There's even a doorstop collectors book that shows the rarity and approximate values. And I keep that book close by for reference.
Love it!
