      That's a beauty, where did you find it? 1 of 99 A rare piece indeed! :^) it must have been a gift from Collectors Weekly News Paper, it should be easy to get info on it, from their archives!

      My son found it in an old house he was helping clean out. We have not been able to find any information about the piece.
