Hi CW Gang ~
Vintage ceramic ashtray marked with just JAPAN on the bottom. Not sure what you call these, but I will call it a '" SWIRL A BUTT DOWN'". As when you push the button the inside round plate goes down and turns around throwing the butt to the inside of the container. Very popular in the 1960's these types of Ashtrays.

I remember these! I don't think I've ever seen one this color. Mostly chrome or black I think. Cool.
