It seems to be some kind of small bud-vase, at highest 5.25 inches high, at lowest just over 4.5 inches high.
Colours are two shades of blue, with white. Seems to be stained ceramic of a robed women who has just let an arrow fly high (or maybe she's doing a funky-monkey victory dance).
It has what looks like a 31 and 96 incised on the base.
Ideas on age and manufacturer? Name of piece?
Interesting, and it's pretty!!
Celiene, was your comment a mistake? I can delete it if so.
Mrstyndall, thank you.
LOL, Thomas. Her hand, posture, and footing is all wrong for having actually just shot one. It's just a romantic-themed piece. Nice little 99 cents at my favourite good-doing thrift store, Hope's Outlet.
Looks to me like Diana The Huntress -
Check out the pictures here, also her story.
Sorry, once again I am the missing link:

Thank you, Gillian.
I thought at first glance that it maybe Shaffer & Vater, but I am not sure it's good enough quality for them. It's certainly their sort of style!
A knock-off, Adele C?
Actually, it may be Shaffer Vater, as I just got my wall plaques down and had a look and it does have numbers on back 3102. I will take some photos and post so you can compare.
Thank you.
I think my spelling is wrong! I just tried googling it and I think the correct spelling is Schafer Vater.
Schäfer und Vater (aka Schafer, Schaefer).
