The first link takes to a domain that is for sale. The second one takes you (I think) to where we should be?
Oooops-my apologies.

IVE BENN SCROLLING THROUGH THE INTERNET ALL WEEK I CONTACTED BACK BY THE HNATIONALARCHIVES.ORG.GOV.UK ABOUT 5 DAYS AGO THEY GOT BACK TO ME TODAY BUT I HAD NOT ALSO ADDED THAT IT WAS MOULDED IN TWO PEICES AS AT THE TIME I DID NOT KNOW TO MUCH ABUT ANTIQUES SO AM WAITING FOR FURTHER REPLY. BUT THAY HAVE ALL READY DATED IT AT LEAST 18TH CENTURY I HAVE EMAIL FROM THEM AS SOUGHT OF PROVIDENCE DARE I SAY. ENJOY PICS......
ANY INFO THAT CAN HELP ME DATE OR CONFIRM A MAKER WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED AS IM NOT NO ANTIQUE EXPERT ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE FEEL TO ASK.
I don’t know how they could date it just from photos
I see a mould number in the third pic by the tail
rust spots on there own take an extremely long time to come to the surface look at the size of the one on his head. the number stamped into the piece is 4089 can not find any info although some one has suggested to me it could be dutch just for the fact it has a windmill in the pic.if any one can shed any more light on this please feel free to comment. all comments welcome .
Hi, welcome to CW :-)
Right, there is a stylised Dutch windmill in the decor!
The design of your cat is not consistent with 18th century (or earlier!) style... too much elongated neck, more in the 1970 style...
See there for 18th century Delft cat:

The "rust" spot on its head is only an imperfection during the glaze heating...
thank you kyratango i will edit title now as don't want to give out false info. thanks.
