    Marking on it are as " Rodgers, Cutler to his majesty " and " No 6, Norfolk Sheffield "

      Mark used 1682 - 1971. But seriously, Cutlers to HER majesty was Victoria 1837-1901. HIS majesty, plus the overall look, is Probably Edward 1901-1910. This is referred to as a "sportsman's knife."
