Hello...Long time collector here (aka buyer, seller, etc etc -hoarder if you ask my kids ;) and although I have been a long time fan of collectors weekly, this is actually my first post. Just wondered if I could get a few opinions on the maker of this vase. I lean towards Heckert Mormopal or Loetz Papillon but would love to hear some educated views - Vase measures about 6" tall...... I appreciate your time - David

I would say Fritz Heckert Marmopal. It is not an example of Loetz Papillion. There is a similar Marmopal décor posted in the forum here, and posted by an Volkmar Schordt, who is quite knowledgeable on the subject.

It's a beautiful vase Dave! As we had discussed, it looks like it is a Heckert piece. I'm glad you're able to get some confirmation as to the maker.

Thanks Rick.. it appears you were correct earlier... I really think the other vase we were discussing earlier is the the same decor... when side by side, they really look like they are family... David

Thanks Shareurpassion.. I doubt I will remember everything myself... it seems like nowadays that for every new thing I remember - I forget 2 things on the flip side :)

      Thanks vetraio50 !
