Hi, Ivan. I suspect this is Poschinger given the form and quality.
Thanks for the comment. Three new pictures were added. I am not very familiar with Poschinger décor at the turn of the 19th century. Is rococo cartouche like this seen in Poschinger glass? Iridescence is nice, and they did bother to polish the pontil. Regardless of the art nouveau form of the bowl, the décor is appealing and has some balance with the form.
