I found this old painting already in a frame caulked around. I thought it to be a fake to begin with and my wife point out that it's an actual oil painting on canvas which is some how (probably glued) to a 1/8" piece plywood. You can see there is an auto graph at bottom right but of course who ever frame and caulk this painting covered half from what i can see of the signature at bottom. I thought it remind me of Italian family setting. being Italian this piece hangs up in dining area in my home. can anyone with info of who the painter may be or any knowledge at all i would like to know so i can know if this needs be taken better care of or
