    Su Causeway on the West Lake, Hangzhou
    ``To Chin Sheng (Dujingsheng) Silk Weaving Factory`` in Hangzhou.
    I think it`s post WW II but not sure about the characters for CHINA (Republic or People`s Republic). The name is in the second picture at the top.
