Found this at the Thrift Store located on Randolph Air Force Base TX

Blue Willow (Non Restaurant,No Trim) BUFFALO pattern
4 plates / 1 creamer

My dilemma is there is NO backstamp on any of the played indicating the pottery maker.

I am still looking but you all have been so helpful with my other UNSOLVED MYSTERIES by providing clues or asking questions which help point me in the right direction &aid in narrowing my search window. I live in a small town and do not have physical access to a huge library. AUSTIN TX is near but I will have to wait for another 2 weeks to travel there. Why? Because SxSW (South by Southwest) is in town which makes traffic like voluntaring to be in 2-hour nightmare.

I posted 4 pictures and will edit if the orientation of the pictures is wrong.
