The last of my Boy Scout items, until I get more Boy Scout items that is. And this is a pretty old one as it has snaps instead of a zipper.
I am thinking 1930s or 1940s on this due to the pre zipper construction. Just a snap or two has torn so it is still useable and it is a full sized sleeping bag. A person over 6 foot tall would fit in it well yet it is compact when folded up. . The flap for wrapping it up is attached which is rather handy as kids tend to lose things.
Nice part of BSA history as camping was such a bit part of the experience, I had a slightly newer version and it weighed a far amount so I'm guessing this one is not light sure would build up a young guys legs
a fair* amount
Thank you very much PoliticalPinbacks. It is not a lightweight like they make now.
