    I need help identifying if i fact this is an Error coin. Its as if it was shaved off perfectly and i know was not for a fact made by hand. Its 19?? Even the hair is shaved off.

      I would guess it got damaged after being put in circulation.
      But I honestly don't know.
      Have you googled misprinted coins or something similar to that wording? I believe most if not all mistakes are caught soon after minting. And when they do make it into circulation it makes the news.
      But for your sake, I hope it is a misprint, they can have some nice value.

      Yes I've been researching but i cant find anything on it or maybe a better word for it being shaved off in a perfect circle as if it wasnt cut off perfectly even off the main solid material its made off of.
