    This was a gift to me. I was told that it is French. It does glow under a blacklight and has no markings on it.

    I would love to know the appx. time period it came from as well as what country and ideally who made it.

      Your vase is actually Bohemian/Czech and was produced by the firm of Franz Welz. Nice one!!

      My pleasure. Glad to help. Production time frame is hard to nail down solidly because of a lack of any documentation to do it with, but it is most likely in the 1910-1925 range.
