Could be Harrach as well. I know S&W are commonly confused with Harrach. Beautiful piece, I have one similar.
Roddyq, thank you. I took all of my books out of bags. It's hard to beat the humidity here in florida but they are in a cool room out of sunlight. :)

UPDATE: I forgot to mention this above, there is NO signature or makers mark on the bottom or inside of the "vase". @ Scottvez, idk if harrach marked all of their art glass or not.
