Decantur and glasses Late 1800s/Early 1900s

Hi I'm not even sure if decantur is the correct description of this piece! These were my great grandmothers. I'm wondering if anyone can see the pattern well enough to help me determine it name and maker. Therer are 6 matching glasses. I believe the cover is period as well. It may be hand made.
