I would like to gather any information I can about these 10 beads. Each one is unique and measures about 1.5" long. the filigree is a softer metal, easy to bend. This piece belongs to my mother-in-law, who loved all things Asian.
These are Chinese cloisonne beads, likely from circa the 1930s. They were popular in US and European costume jewelry designs. Your necklace is a spectacular example, in fine condition.
