Anybody know what this is or was used for? Has the name Starbuck on it but I don't think it had anything to do with coffee.

I think that ihave seen pictures of a dibble with two prongs, Google dibble
The way the tips are slightly flared I would guess it is a water shut off key for a commercial building.
This is a plumbers basin wrench. Used to remove and install the drain fitting in the bottom of old sinks.
