VTG Insulated cooler

Found this old cooler in a thrift store, had been painted over. No visible name tag or stamp. Removing paint revealed partial logo decal. Decal shows an adult male Eskimo standing outside an igloo, partial wording stating "....P(?)LE R/K(?). Possibly ( Triple? Kool? )

Decal is 6" X 3 3/4" white lettering on red,igloo is blue, appeared possible larger block lettering below igloo was blue.

Have not been able to find a similar matching manufacturer decal to identify the cooler brand. Cooler is galvanized, original color is gray to blue-green crackle, size 22L X 13W X 12H. Has a bottom screw lid drain hole, as well as a drain tube on the lower right side back corner.

Who is the manufactor and vintage year???
