Large Signed Satsuma Geisha Urn, Thrift Shop Find 5 Euro ($5.45)

I normally walk right past Satsuma ware because I am always disappointed when I turn them over and see "Made In Japan" stamped on the bottom. This piece came home with me. Quite large at just over 12 inches/30 cm. It's rather heavy, with some wear to the gilding on the base. I have no idea which way is up in regard to the handwritten mark (plus the gold mark on the edge) and am hoping it doesn't say "Made In Japan" in Japanese, lol! Google Images did not cough up one with this design - mainly Immortals.

Info given to me by a Japanese member of a Japanese ceramics FB page:

"The mark says ?? Kiyoyama or Seiyama ( Japanese surname )."
