From the 1960's, fairly common crinkle pattern (M3000) milk glass planter urn manufactured by E.O. Brody Company out of Cleveland.
It stands 6.5" tall x 5.25" diameter, with "E.O. BRODY CO. CLEVELAND U.S.A. M3000" on the bottom.
Nothing fancy, but the milk glass and crinkle pattern is nonetheless beautiful.
