This was a "Junk Section" find. The metal looks a bit dated. There are no marks on the necklace. I am not sure but I believe that the clasp could have been replaced. It looks a bit newer than the rest of the metal.
The necklace reminds me of some of the necklaces made in Czechoslovakia, but it is much more modest. I do like the blue glass stone, though.
