I don't really know much about this stove other then it's in very good shape?there is a metal plate on the back of it which reads "Delta No.W20 made by the auto stove works in Athens ILL".I would appreciate any info I could get on it.
I was able to find an archive on the company models for 1935 - 36. Your model number was not listed. About all I learned that I felt was useful is the "W". They made coal, wood and gas fueled stoves. The "W" would indicate wood only. I will see if I can pursue this later. One other thing is they sold their stoves to both dealers and jobbers so tracing it will be an issue. I believe they supplied Sears as well as hardware stores in addition to jobbers.
Thanks for your help so far.I would like to find out her age and maybe a value.I don't have a place for her to stay yet,so she goes everywhere with me in the back of my van.I think I might have to part with her before I get to attached.
