I don't think it was made by a artist just as a art piece.it was made to be used for something,just not sure what.it has a hole at each end,one bigger then the other,but not connected.
Thanks for your help so far.I would like to find out her age and maybe a value.I don't have a place for her to stay yet,so she goes everywhere with me in the back of my van.I think I might have to par...
