A two-in-one sort of post.
The glass is not sharp but reflects cut glass. Heavy wear to base. Ideas on maker, pattern, and age?
Saucer-size plate has only an 88 on bottom. Intense cobalt with golden outlines. Decent age to it.
I cannot get the plate pic to upload. :/
the sugar looks like this Duncan & Miller #29 but didn't see the cutting:

Hey SpiritBear, the flow blue plate looks similar to some of the Limoges China Company of Sebring Ohio, patterns, but the small size of your piece make it hard to tell for sure. Both the plate and sugar are nice though! :^)
Oh, date early 1900's! :^)
lovely cut glass bowl & the blue on the plate so intense gorgeous SpiritBear thanks for sharing
TallCakes, I'm afraid that the piece in the link is not close to what I have in design.
Billretirecoll, I have way too much of that stuff. LOL. We're gonna have a huge yard sale this summer.
Malkey, thank you. I didn't even have to edit it to bring out the colour. LOL.
