Hi your doll is a Patty Play Pal type doll and she is wearing a real little boys Cub Scout uniform . It is not original to her . She would wear a size 4 childs clothes and the suit is a bit big so it is maybe a size 6 Childs. If you look at back of her neck it should give makers name of doll . These dolls are fun because they are so large 36 inches and can wear children's clothes :-)
If marked G-35 she is the real Patty Play Pal by Ideal Toy Co.
