I have no idea how old this is, but it has tubes and is very heavy. It's 43 " high and 26 " wide and 14 and a half inches deep. I don't know what kind of wood it is, but it could be mahogany. It has a 16 " speaker with 3 7" mid range tweeters. Thanks to Phonoboy this item is a 37 - 116x high-fidelity console radio {1937} made of walnut.

Thank you so much Phonoboy. That was so fast and exactly what it is. Now I have to find someone to get it working. It needs a new plug.

You can contact anyone on the "'antique radio forum"" and depending on where you live , there could be someone that is a member who can help you get it restored. just give them the make and model number.
A philco with a 16 inch speaker is a good radio and the sound from them is VERY good.
