I need another handbag like I need.....well....here it is anyway. Not your average handbag, as it has a "nut and bolt" design clasp. The bottom of the hinge frame hangs free on either side. No tags or labels of any kind. Also rather small:
7 inches across, 6 1/4 inches high and 4 inches wide.
The inside is very clean, with a small pocket for a hand mirror.
Might just keep this one.

Speaking of snakeskin handbags, did you all see the Birkin handbag that sold for $350,000.00? White alligator with diamond handles. Would make a nice little Christmas present for a certain purse lover, just saying. ;P
Hiya Ken - snakeskin would have scales, but the design is definitely fashioned after a reptile skin. I don't know for sure what kind of leather it is, and wish there had been some kind of label inside. From what I saw inside, there never was a label.
