I found this at a Goodwill store several months ago and thought it was just odd enough to buy and check out. The handle has been repaired. Does anyone have any ideas about what this may be? Or is it nothing at all?

Hi susie.....Just wondering where you are? States, UK or where. I know people do not like to say where they are from......but a general info on you always help as it kinda helps with WHERE to start looking for an ID. Not to say it is from there....but first country area to kinda start looking at -- then go from there...

Thank you! There really isn't any way to know where it came from in the world, for me anyhow since it probably came from an estate where possibly someone had picke it up somewhere.
