1982 Mickey Mouse wall clock

Hello. I really don't know to much about this clock. My husband's Grandmother who is 93 gave it to us for my daughter. His Grandfather used to work for a cigar company in Philly and they would get promotional items when they did a good job. It is from 1982 and that is all I can find out. I saw it on an auction site but it didn't say how much or anything else except it was rare.
