A few more pictures of my original and unrestored MZMA Moskvich mk1 pedal car made in 1969 with original owners manual . Made in the former U.S.S.R by MZMA(AZLK) car factory . Purchased from Bulgaria . Originally made by Giordani pedal cars Italy as a rendition of the 1950-1951 Studebaker champion bulletnose cars. This car features a pressed steel body with the original Petrol blue paintwork , steel steering wheel , two tone painted steel wheels with solid rubber tyres with original tyre tread ,aluminium style bumpers and hubcaps and number plate accent (number plate is lithographed aluminium black with white writing and reads : 1969 M3MA). Real chrome accent lines and a miniature version of rear coil spring suspension .These cars are extremely rare in this condition and feature in private collections and museums worldwide.
Amazing. Just amazing. I, looking to find a beauty like this for an art work. If you have any suggestions where I could seek out a stunner like yours that would be great. Cheers phillip
Hi Mr. P , I bought this beauty from A seller on eBay about 3 1/2 years ago in Bulgaria. It even came with the original owners manual .These cars do to pop up from time to time but you need to know what you’re looking for. USSR pedal car or Russian pedal car in the search menu should bring up some interesting finds. These particular early examples in this condition used to occasionally show up on the market but most of them now live in private collections or museums. The Italian brand Giordani pedal cars also made a very similar model to this but it was a Studebaker so searching for Giordani Studebaker May also bring up something very similar to what you’re looking for. Pricewise both cars are quite expensive as they have become increasingly more desirable on the collectors market. I hope this helps .
