Unsure if ring as intended to match necklace or not but they were together. Necklace has mark of HONG KONG.
Cameo ring has beautiful scroll work on band but not mark on the ring at all so maybe they are not from same maker?
Unsure about decade as always...
Not possible to tell you anything in regard to the maker. I would say these pieces are mid-century up to the 1970s (fold over clasp on bracelet).
