The marking on the base say Victor Vending Machine, Chicago. The bowl has an old sticker that says 1 cent. Aside from this I cannot find anything else but about it and I am looking for help and advice. Someone told me they felt it was from the 1920s>

I have not seen another one in the World Wide Web nor Ebay.
Does any know the value of this item?

Hey Rpiel, welcome to CW! :^D
There's a lot of knowledgeable people, so you'll find out what you want to know, but can't give value, but here's a Victor with the same works that just sold on E-bay:

      http://www.ebay.com/itm/VICTOR-1-CENT-CANDY-GUMBALL-VENDING-MACHIINE-/263020493513?rmvSB=true&nma=true&si=nhfm9kaBzjrwpI54bp%252BhoGvDZJg%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557

No age on this one, but others similar, are from the 1950's! Hope this helps!
      Good luck! :^)

I saw the one's on Ebay but still didn't see my model gum ball machine.
When I started doing research several years ago, I talked to some one in Vegas that said it was from the 20's. I thought it was odd as the bowl is plastic and I am sure they didnt have plastic bowls at that time they would have been glass.

I have been looking on Ebay every day and never saw this, this is amazing thanks. Mine looks to be in a little better condition so this is great

This is made by Victor Vending company out of Chicago in the 50's & 60's and is called a "Victor 2000" as it held 2000 gumballs. It looks to be 100% original. And even the small water-release decal is correct/original. As is the original Victor lock & key which Victor marked all of their keys with a VCXX on them.
