I purchased this in Canada in the 1980s with a chain. I love this piece because you can wear it as a brooch or a pendant.

I am trying to find out a few things:

    1. who made it
    2. date of manufacture
    3. type of stone

    Thanks.

Can't tell you a thing without being able to see a clear photo of the marks on the back. Please edit your post and add more photos. There is an EDIT option on the left side of the page.

      Hi there,

Added more photos. Thanks Efesgirl for pointing it out. I genuinely thought I had uploaded 4 at the time.

      Kind regards,

      Audra

The eagle mark was used from around 1948 to around 1980 or so; I don't remember the exact years. I believe that number 3 stands for Taxco. I think your piece has some resemblance to the one I just posted even though the stone is very different:)
